Aah, guitar solos....is that the kind of band? Well, maybe but not necessarily. Does the prospect frighten you? Are you sure? Would care? No. The song is all and if that means that some degree of specific musicianship is required, then that's just what it gets. MDR have a foot in many decades and are locked in none. Is it really possible to be timeless? MDR do not make that claim. If you like music, you will like MDR probably. Now, that does sound a little bigheaded to me.

So, we played as a band of four and are currently looser in our line-up. We may just hook up with others on a more permanent basis but before that there is work to do. Guest players are on their way to add their most considerable charms to our songs, others are keen to form a more regular relationship. We'll see about that.

The recording studios beckon and there are a couple of things we have to complete very soon - record label stuff mainly. Then there is the small matter of the gigs. Keep your eyes open for those but be prepared to wait a few weeks while we complete work on singles and album. It may well be worth your while.
